The Vietnamese Heritage Institute

Remember the Vietnam war? Well, I grew up there and didn't get to the States until 1969. A big piece of me will always be in Vietnam wherever I wander in this world. The war is way over, more than half of the population was born after it, the nation is forging ahead in wealth and health, but there are still plenty of poverty and destitution. I am doing what I can to help by working with the Vietnamese Heritage Institute located in Berkeley, CA.

Check out VHI web site for the latest news and opportunities to help:

Yep, poverty and destitution is all over the world, but Vietnam is in my heart. I am dearly hoping it will be in yours too.
